GGNRA Boundary Expansion - UPDATED
The U.S. House of Representatives approved a boundary expansion for the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA). The legislation allows the GGNRA to extend its southern boundary to include portions of Peninsula Open Space Trust's (POST) Rancho Corral de Tierra.

It's a magical moment when the lens is lit at the top of the 115-foot tall lighthouse, the tallest on the west coast.

POST Raises $784,000 at 'Under the Harvest Moon' Event
The Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST) hosted 500 guests at its 'Under the Harvest Moon' event at Runnymede Farm on September 17. The sold-out event raised $784,000 to support open space protection through POST's $200 million Saving the Endangered Coast campaign, and contributions from event guests continue to come in.
