POST Keeps Coastside Agricultural Legacy Alive with Protection of 903.5-acre Butano Farms
POST purchased the land, known as Butano Farms, for $9.966 million on December 12 from members of the Dias family who inherited the property from their uncle, the late Pescadero farmer Noel Dias. This property consists of scenic and historic grazing, farmland to be saved forever.

POST Protects 260-acre Triple Buck Ranch
in South Bay
POST announced today its acquisition of a property called Triple Buck Ranch just west of Gilroy. POST purchased the land on November 13 for $2 million with the assistance of a generous $750,000 grant from the California Coastal Conservancy.

POST Protects 117-acre Hendrys Creek Property in Los Gatos

Bordered on three sides by the Sierra Azul Open Space Preserve, the South Bay landscape is rich with water resources and fish habitat and is strategically located for future expansion as public open space and parkland.
